- Although the site can be viewed at 640x480 monitor resolution we
recommend 800x600 or greater for optimum viewing clarity.
- A color depth of 16 bit, 24 bit or 32 bit is desired.
Connection Requirements:
- A dial-up modem connection of 56k is suitable.
- Broadband connections such as Cable or DSL will allow for faster
web page downloads.
What do I do if I encounter an error message?
Record the error message and retry the operation where the error
occurred. If the error persists then plesae contact your AE.
Is my information being used on the web site secure?
Yes, we use SSL (secure socket layer) technology to ensure your
information is encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone except
an authorized employee. For more information regarding this please
refer to our "Privacy Policy" which is available on the
web site.
How do I change or modify my account?
Most account information can be changed via the "Profile"
feature in the Broker Web Portal. All other requests should be handled
through your Account Executive.
How do I print documents or web pages?
Simply select the "print" option from your browser menu
or the printer "icon" from the toolbar. Also, some browsers
may require you to adjust your "page margins" in order
to avoid some contents of the page being cut off.
